That I am participating in the training, programs, events, and dance classes offered by Gabrielle Almgren-Garrett, or another instructor with Gabrielle's Step by Step Dance Studio during which I will receive instruction.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participating in any dance class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in classes and events.
I understand and acknowledge that because of the physical nature of dance, particularly Ballroom & partner dancing, there may be physical contact between employees, staff, instructors and other students during classes, private lessons, rehearsals, shows, workshops, productions, and dance instruction. I understand that at times, for proper instruction and safety, physical contact is required and necessary.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any dance class I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any dance class I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Gabrielle Almgren-Garrett, Gabrielle’s Step by Step Dance Studio, or any dance instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Gabrielle Almgren-Garrett, Gabrielle’s Step by Step Dance Studio, or any dance instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I understand & acknowledge the following Gabrielle's Step by Step Dance Studio Policies:
The Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy on private lessons. If I cancel less than 24 hours prior to or fail to appear for my lesson without prior cancellation, I will be charged full price of my lesson.
Group Class registration cost is for entire course, regardless of my attendance. I will not be reimbursed for weeks I do not attend.
All lessons/classes are 50 minutes from start time unless noted on class registration.
Pricing as follows:
Private Lessons: for 1-2 people
Adults 50 minutes (age 18 & older)
1 lesson $55
4 lessons $185
6 lessons $255
Youth (under 18) 40-50 minutes depending on attention
1 lesson $35
2 lessons $60
4 lessons $104
Group Classes: $10 a week per participant (except Zumba)
Group classes are sold in courses ranging from 4-8 weeks
4 week course $40 per person
6 week course $60 per person
Zumba $5 a participant per class
